This has been a family favorite for a while now. My sister told me about it and not long after that, I saw it in the coupon section of the newspaper! It’s very tasty and very easy!
Prep time: 5 min. Cook time: 20 min.
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
5-6 flour tortillas (6″), cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup cheddar
Directions:
Cook beef in skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meat. Drain. Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook for five minutes. Stir. Top with cheese.
The recipe says it makes 4 servings, but we get seven because the children eat small portions.

Enjoy!
