We are in the middle of packing chaos, but I wanted to drop in and share one of the many blessings God has provided during this transitional time. (I hope to share more after we get settled.) We do not subscribe to a newspaper, but old newspaper is handy packing material! It’s great for wrapping things in and as cushioning to prevent breakage. I don’t use it on my dishes, because it leaves an ink residue, but I use it for decorations and other items. Since I don’t have any old newspaper lying around, Terry went down to our local newspaper office and asked if he could buy old copies of the paper cheaply. They told us they would sell us un-printed newspaper for a dollar an inch. He went down to buy it and ended up getting two huge rolls of this stuff for free!
I love it because it is unmarked! My hands have stayed a lot cleaner while packing since I haven’t been handling used newspaper. And I haven’t had to worry about running out! 🙂
I just wanted to thank the Lord for this blessing!

Wow! That's a lot better than a dollar an inch and so much cleaner. That is a terrific blessing.
