Isaiah 65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
THIS VERSE IS TRUE!

It is 2:14 Central time now and I just received a call from Terry. Lauren did scratch her eye starting at the base of the eyeball and going up through the cornea. The doctor thinks it will heal, but is concerned about infection getting inside the eye. She called in antibiotics for her, dilated her pupils and placed a medicated contact on the hurt eye. Lauren will go in tomorrow at 1:30 to have the contact removed and be checked again. Terry said they placed dye on her eye and looked at it under ultra-violet light. When they did this, the scratch was clearly visible to him and he said it was very large. I’m so thankful she got immediate attention!
When we called, the doctor was about to leave, but she waited just to see Lauren. We’ve never met her before, but I can tell you that God had her there. He took such good care of us. Through this experience I can say only one thing for sure: “I need Thee, Oh, I need Thee. Ev’ry hour I need Thee.” We do not know what each day holds, but we know the One who can guide us safely through the rough waters we might face.
Thank you for your prayers… they were answered!

  1. I am so glad that Lauren is going to be O.K..

God is so wonderful for answering all our prayers! I will pray for her tonight about tomorrow's appointment and that taking the contact out will go smoothly.

I am on the sad side tonight. I was not able to go to church tonight:[. But God knows and understands. I am getting cabin fever really bad. :[ I agree getting out of the house is a great idea. Friday Night I have to decorate for the Ladies Valentines Party. I'm looking forward to that. Lord willing me well that is!

Passing along some of your weather would be awesome! Just Sunshine in and of itself would be great.

Hallelujah! I will keep praying for complete healing for her eye. What a marvelous blessing that the doctor was still in her office and was willing to wait for them. I give God all the glory for that. He is so merciful.

    I love you.
