1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 tubes (12 oz each) refrigerated biscuits
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat in a skillet and drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Quarter biscuits and place in a greased 9×13 in. baking dish. Top with beef mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses, bake 5 minutes longer till cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Yield: 6-8 servings

I am thinking this would be a good church night or any busy night recipe. If you brown your meat in advance then it would be even faster. I think this will be on the menu for next week except I will use ground turkey as we almost never use beef anymore;turkey tastes just as good and is healthier. My grandson can't have beef anyway so we just switched, of course he couldn't have the cheese but will make him some with no cheese. Thanks for sharing.
