Ingredients:
2 cans pinto beans
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Jar mild (or whatever your family likes) Taco Sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 burrito size flour tortillas
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Pour cans of pinto beans into a small bowl and smash with fork, pastry cutter, potato masher…something. 🙂
Stir in chili powder and garlic powder. Add more chili powder if you like extra zing!
Spread a small amount of taco sauce on burrito, add two-three spoonfuls of bean mixture, place a tablespoon or so of cheese on top of that.
Roll up, place on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
We enjoy this low cost, quick prep meal about once a week!
Sounds good!
Love,
Mother
