This week’s term (is rather redundant!):
Theology (Proper) – The study of the person of God as to His attributes and activities.
Theology (General) – The study of all things pertaining to God and His dealings with His creation as is revealed throughout scripture.
Last week’s term: Christophany – A bodily appearance of Christ in the Old Testament before He was actually incarnated, such as in the case of the Son of God with the Hebrew children in the fiery furnace, or His appearance to Abraham on the plain of Mamre.
